1. About NuNu’s NomNoms
NuNu’s NomNoms Bakery offers custom and gourmet treats made from scratch, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and specialty desserts. We also provide unique event services through our dessert cart, cake decorating cart with attendant service, and coffee cart options.
2. Ordering & Booking Policy
All orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for sourcing of custom elements (e.g., toppers or design materials). A $25 rush fee will be applied to any order placed with less than 2 weeks' notice. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your order and event date. If your order is placed within 7 days of the event, payment must be made in full at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at pickup or delivery. No changes can be made within 7 days of the pickup/delivery date. All forms submitted must be approved. You will receive an approval email and invoice. Deposit must be paid to guarantee event date and time.
3. Pickup & Delivery
Orders must be picked up within the agreed pickup window. Missed pickups will require rescheduling based on availability. Delivery: We will wait up to 10 minutes at the drop-off location. After that, the customer must arrange a pickup time. Orders will not be left unattended. A responsible party (15 years or older) must be available to receive the order. Orders not picked up within 2 days will be forfeited with no refund.
4. Refunds, Returns & Satisfaction Policy
Please inspect your order at pickup/delivery. We are happy to make minor physical adjustments within the scope of the original design at that time. If you are unsatisfied with the final product, you must return the item(s) in question to be considered for a refund. Refunds will not include the cost of ingredients, labor, or custom items. Refunds are granted at our discretion based on condition and return timing. We do not offer refunds for design preferences or customer mishandling once the item has left our possession. NuNu’s NomNoms is not liable for damages after pickup/delivery.
5. Cancellations
If NuNu’s NomNoms cancels an order for any reason, you will receive a full refund. Customer-initiated cancellations: 7+ days before pickup/delivery: Deposit is non-refundable, but no further balance is due. Within 7 days: No refunds.
6. Allergens & Food Safety
All products are made in a home-based kitchen and may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to: eggs, dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy. It is the customer's responsibility to notify us of any known allergies before booking. We do not guarantee allergen-free products.
7. Design Rights & Photos
We do not replicate copyrighted or trademarked designs unless you have permission. NuNu’s NomNoms reserves the right to share photos of completed work (including your custom order) on social media and marketing platforms unless otherwise requested by the customer in writing before pickup. Creative interpretation may vary slightly from inspiration images due to the nature of handcrafted baked goods.
8. Weather, Delays & Emergencies
In the event of delays due to severe weather, illness, or emergency, NuNu’s NomNoms will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule or offer a refund where appropriate.
9. Legal Notice
By placing an order, the customer agrees to all terms stated herein. These Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notice. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
